Visit a local market, pick out fresh ingredients, learn about the unique spices from the island of the gods. Cook and enjoy your own Balinese meal with Chef Bagus and friends!

Chef Bagus has been working in the hotel and restaurant industry for almost 28 years. He started his career on 1989 with the Grand Hyatt Bali, then 2 years with Grand Hyatt Dubai and 10 years traveling around the World promoting Balinese food: GUAM, Australia, Switzerland, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, India and back to Dubai to Fairmount Hotel and Burj Al Arab Hotel.

For the previous 2 years, Chef Bagus was running a Balinese Restaurant a cooking school in Seminyak for the Anika Group. Now Chef Bagus has opened and running his own restaurant & cooking school. This class has very quickly become the most popular cooking class in the entire of Bali and for good reason. You will be sure to enjoy your time learning more about the Balinese cuisine and culture with Chef Bagus and his team.

Tour Schedule:

• 7:30 - 8:30 am: ​Pick up at your hotel, drive to our Restaurant & Cooking Class location in Kuta with driver in air-conditioned vehicle.
• 9:00 am: Market tour - Experience the traditional local market purchasing ingredients for the days class and learning about food.
• 10:00 am: Cooking class begins - You will cook a range of dishes with a hands on style under the guidance of Chef Bagus. 
• 1:30 pm: Enjoy the dishes you've cooked - Now you have done the task of cooking of course we sit and relax and enjoy eating.
• 2:30 pm (Approx.): Drop off to your hotel - Return to your hotel with our driver in an air-conditioned vehicle.
