Bali Devdan Cultural Theater ShowIntroducing to you the treasure of the Indonesian Archipelago through DEVDAN.
The word DEVDAN comes from the Sanskrit "Deva" and "Dhana" meaning "God's Grace". The treasures of Indonesia are gods gifts for the Indonesian people. The DEVDAN story begins when two young children who are part of a tourist group in Bali feel bored with the tour itinerary and set themselves apart from the group to climb a cliff that has grabbed their attention. They find a treasure chest containing various unique items that will bring them, and the audience, in a journey to witness the treasures of Indonesia. The theater spectacular then using elements of dance, performance arts, music, acrobatics, animals, costume and almost a surreal sense of magic take us on a journey through the Islands of Indonesia and the unique culture each area displays. You are sure to be mesmerized through the 1.5 hours performance and drawn into the world that is Indonesia and DEVDAN. We offer a variety of packages so you can attend the show as a singular activity or combine this with a day tour. |
